Abordaje terapéutico del Síndrome Postrómbotico en la Historia

Esta revisión histórica resalta personajes que contribuyeron no solamente con un aporte a la medicina- sino con cambios de pensamiento que llevaron a que avance en el manejo del síndrome postrombótico (SPT), debido a que en esta entidad aún existen enfoques limitados basados en evidencia para su manejo clínico y por ello hoy en día contamos con diferentes enfoques quirúrgicos y médicos para el manejo de esta patología. Presentamos un resumen de 20 artículos evolucionados en la historia del manejo, aportes y datos curiosos del síndrome postrombótico desde 1960 hasta la modernidad, dividiéndolos en dos grandes grupos históricos, siglo XX y siglo XXI, que buscan inspirar a las generaciones de médicos y cirujanos en formación
